Over the last 10 plus years I’ve witnessed many people obtain prequalification letters that were not worth the paper they were printed on which created a nightmare for the buyers after they put a deposit in escrow and couldn’t qualify or the terms completely changed because of inexperience on the mortgage loan officer’s part. I want to prevent that from happening to you, and if you have a valid correctly qualified pre-approval I will let you know and you may continue with your current loan officer.
